Ben Redfield serves as an Associate Branch Manager at Baird, where he helps lead the Louisville branch by supporting the development of personnel and fostering the growth of financial advisors. After earning his Series 24 license in 2025, Ben stepped into this leadership role to further contribute to the firm’s advisor-driven culture and long-term success. He is passionate about mentoring others and creating an environment where advisors can thrive both professionally and personally.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Ben is a Financial Advisor at Baird. With six years of experience in the wealth management industry, he provides personalized financial planning solutions to help clients navigate major life milestones—from education and retirement to Social Security and estate strategies. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Ben takes a thoughtful, goals-based approach to every client relationship.
Ben began his career at Baird as a summer intern while attending the University of Kentucky and later joined full-time through the firm’s Baird Foundations Program. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Minor in Economics and was awarded the William C. Parker Scholarship. He holds the Series 7, 66, and 24 securities licenses, along with Life and Health Insurance licenses.
